Raise your hand if you hate Mondays!
…That’s what I thought. I work every weekend so I’ve never really had the Monday blues, but Monday is definitely my busiest day of the week. I think we always need a bit of motivation on this dreaded day – especially motivation to get back into that exercise routine!
I started getting into a proper exercise routine during early November, and I was starting to see slight results… and then Christmas happened! After eating all that crap I’m feeling really sluggish and just can’t be bothered to do anything. Going downstairs to get a cup of tea is effort – so there’s no way I’m going to get on that elliptical! Whenever I start feeling like this I go and make myself a drink, look at motivational pictures on Pinterest for about 10 minutes and then force myself to get up and do it!
